COMMERCIAL & JANITORIAL CLEANING
On this page we describe our standard janitorial service for office environments.
We can advise you on the necessary working time to clean your office, and if you provide us with the number of service days per week, we will give you an approximate quote.
Our Staff
Staff assigned to your account generally already work for our company at other sites. All new hires are screened and trained through the following process:
References:
Phone verification of references from the last two years of employment.
Theoretical training:
Understanding and learning of all cleaning techniques. (8 hours).
Practical Training:
One week of on-the-job training at one of our sites.
Workplace health and safety training:
Training in every aspect of workplace health and safety. (2 hours)
Quality
In the daily struggle to achieve the highest quality of service we have the following tools:
Quality Assurance:
Every month a supervisor checks the quality of the service, visits the site and inspects the condition of the cleaning equipment. Any issue found is reported to the service manager to be solved as soon as possible. We also have a dedicated phone line so you can report any service quality issue.
Control and continuous training of our staff:
Monthly we control the knowledge and compliance with safety regulations and cleaning methods by our employees.
Schedules
The schedule is agreed with the client. If the assigned employee misses a scheduled shift, the time is made up later the same day or on the next service day. If that is not possible, we send a replacement.
Cleaning equipment and products
Cleaning products and equipment are generally supplied by the company. The assigned cleaner restocks the supplies and equipment needed to do the job. The basic equipment includes: uniform, mop bucket with wringer, mop, broom, duster, cleaning cloths, scrub pads and, where there is carpet, a vacuum cleaner. The cleaning products used are: all-purpose cleaner for every type of surface, wood surface cleaner, floor cleaner for all floor types and, for hardwood floors, a special soap-and-wax product. Delicate surfaces (marble, wood, leather, etc.) are cleaned with water only. At the end of each shift, all equipment is cleaned and stored in the area designated by the client.
Window cleaning
Unless the client requests a separate window cleaning service, windows are cleaned by the assigned cleaner during the regular schedule.
